Roundup: Wellness Inspiration For The Week

Here are some easy tips to help you bring yourself into balance:

Free Yoga Online

Don’t have time to make it to yoga class? I love the site Do Yoga With Me. It’s free (though you can give back and make a donation) and it has hundreds of classes to choose from, including 10-20 minute options for when you’re short on time.

Neck pain has been another thing high on the list of client issues lately. My friend and Thai Massage therapist Pam Herrick wrote this helpful post on how to find the best pillow to alleviate neck pain. If you’re ever in the Hudson Valley, go see her! (I personally love the Bucky pillows.)

EFT for Money Blocks

As most of you know by now, I’m a huge fan of EFT (otherwise known as tapping). This free e-book, 103 Disempowering Beliefs About Money and Success and How to Eliminate Them in Minutes” helps you clear money blocks and worries about your finances.

And here are some additional resources on Pinterest, including a quick reference guide.

I know, I know, I’m late to the party, but I’m finally starting to use Instagram.

I just discovered Overheard New York. One of the things I love about living in NYC—lots of crazy things to overhear. Humor and laughter are good for the soul, after all!

And on a completely different note:  National Geographic Travel for breathtaking inspiration.

Reduce Holiday Shopping Stress: Gift Certificates

Give the gift of balance and relaxation with a Reiki, Reflexology, and/or Hypnosis session or class gift certificate.

I’ll email you a Gift Certificate PDF and you can forward it to the recipient. If you prefer, I can mail you a hard copy gift certificate card with matching envelope, just give me your address or the address of the person you’d like me to send it to.

Less stress for you in terms of shopping, and you’re helping reduce stress for a loved one!
