Get fresh flowers, dim the lights, light a candle or incense (safely!), put on soft background instrumental music, use crystals, do whatever helps you get in a peaceful frame of mind. Get creative and have fun with it.

Close the door. A quiet place of privacy where you won’t be disturbed is ideal. Have headphones or earbuds handy if noise is an issue.
4. Unplug
Turn off any devices that make a sound (like your phone) so you won’t be interrupted.
5. Get in a Meditative Mindset
Take a few deep breaths, offer a prayer or use an affirmation.
6. Journal
Reflect on the theme and what aspects of it resonate with you. Write about your intention for what you want the Soul Healing Event to support or related aspects you want to release or transform.
7. Get Comfortable
Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down; head support is recommended.
