How Does NLP Work?
NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming and is the study of the structure of subjective experience and finding patterns in behavior. Developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970s, it combines Hypnosis, brief psychotherapy, and the human potential movement.
NLP offers a set of easy, powerful techniques and tools which can be used in Hypnosis sessions for personal change. We each have unique ways of experiencing the world and strategies for dealing with life. Sometimes they work well for us and sometimes they don’t.
I teach clients NLP techniques to help you change the strategies and patterns that aren’t working for you. The techniques are easy to learn and take less than a minute to do. They’re quite effective at helping to better deal with stress and negative feelings.
